  We were treated horribly by an employee when we went to pick up a tool box and the Sears in Manastee, Mi. We ordered the tool box the week previously. When we walked up to the cashier station we saw two young people playing computer games on the work computers. They swung around in the computer desk chairs and said can we help you? We told them we were checking to see if our toolbox had come in they said they didn't do that. A woman came out from somewhere and we told her the same thing. This woman was very short, snippy, and very indignant to my husband. We are 64 and 65 yrs old maybe we arn't as fast and quick as she thinks she is, (I can still run circles around her), But her job, working with the public, is the whole point! If she hates her job and had a bad day...tough. Pull yourself up by your own bootstraps, or whatever it takes to get yourself straight and pleasant. My husband and I worked with the public for 30 or more yrs. We KNOW to treat customers as they were#1... BECAUSE THEY ARE #1 WE ONLY HAVE OUR JOBS BECAUSE WE HAVE CUSTOMERS! !!
