From my experience, they treat their costumers with great respect and are very kind. They even have a black cat named Louie, but he is a bit grumpy sometimes, so I would reccomend leaving him in his own space. It's a very nice place and they keep the place tidy (sometimes I clean there for them and I do a swell job). And that is only about the store. You can discover the rest.....
